Meeting at Arnot tonight?

Hi Andrea, How are you? I am doing great, I am able to eat anything now except sugar of course, nothing has bothered me yet. I am however stuck at 28 lbs lost. I must be in my first plateau. My belly feels real bloated today. Other than that, I have also hit my first WOW moment. I went shopping with my daughter a couple days ago and decided to try on some clothes. Well I was blown away I used to wear size 22 pants and size 26-28 tops. I can now fit into 18 in both, or most XL depending on the style and maker of it. Every pair of 18 pants I tried on fit great.
