Hello All, What I had yesterday was: B- Decaf tea with carb control milk, then a little later I had 4 oz carb control vanilla yogurt with 1 scoop Isopure protein powder. S- String cheese L- Tuna on lettuce, cucs with light dressing, some croutons and 4 olives. S- 3 pretzels D- Home made split pea soup with ham S- some nacho chips with cheese, sulsa and olives () Take care Debra P 285/188/125??

HI DEBRA.... hope ur enjoying your week off! I cant believe its friday the week soared by.In case i dont see you online before...HAPPY new YEAR! and may all your weight loss goals be met in 2006. Now what did i eat yesterday: BREAKFAST: advant Edge ready made SHAKE SNACK: cheddar cheese snack LUNCH: turkey club south beach wrap SNACK: pretzel RODS DINNER: pasta, garlic knot homemade sauce and salad A tiny taste of cheesecake.(not even a spoonful a smidge)....had my inlaws over for christmas dinner the first night they were free. LISA 310/188/??? and we had dinner together....

Hi Debra. How are you today? Yesterday for me: Coffee Tomato soup Protein shake Coffee Water Tilapia Francese.......one tiny piece, and a potato croquette. (Out to dinner with friends.....brought the other two pieces home for today and tomorrow) How are things going with the house? Any more news on the Septic? Have a great day, and Happy New Year. SH

Well let me see if I can recall B- "no bake" oatmeal w/ 1 scoop protein powder S- 2 begal chips w/ 1 onz FF cream cheese L- Tomato soup w/ swiss cheese & 2 onz chicken w/ gravy S- 1/2 banana w/ 2 tbsp SF PB D- Hotdog w/ baked beans & spoonful of mac&cheese Have a great day everyone! Hi everybody.. B-Coffee with protien powder L-1/4 of a three cheese omlet.....did not feel well after {IHOP} S-Romano cheese D-1/4 cup of protein smoothie was not very hungry S-5 wheat thins Did not do to well yesturday...Didnt drink enough water either.. Today is another day!! Have a good one.

morning deb...... weigh in this morning and stall is still with me ...but I do know I am losing inches because my pants are much looser on me than the last time I wore them...sooooooooooooo I guess it's not a totally bad thing. B...oatmeal L...protein shake S...4 shrimp D...small piece of talapia, 4 small bites of steak, very little lettuce S...fruit salad w/ honeydo, cantalope, strawberries and pineapple if I don't see you ... TGIF!!! double protein drink (48 g) w/1/3 banana B 4 oz carb control yogurt, string cheese L 1/4 c tuna with lite mayo, 2 crackers,1 baby carrot S diet hot choc D 1 c homemade black bean soup Hey Deb, Do we want to add in what exercise we did for the day? I'm sure that if anyone is like me, it's not always done and maybe we can motivate each other..just a thought. Happy New Year to everyone!
