STEVIA Question???
Good morning AMOS Family
I have been wondering if anyone has any information on the use of STEVIA in cooking. My nutritionist told me to use whey protein with Stevia (a natural sweetener). I have been doing some reading on it and it can be purchased at health food stores and used by diabetics. Has anyone used it in cooking or baking?
I await your replies before going out and purchasing this product. I make fudge and peanut brittle and have been trying to figure out how to adapt the ingredients to sugar free. STEVIA comes in pill, powder and liquid forms, I believe.
Thank you for your assistance.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I haven't used stevia much, and never in cooking/baking. BUT I found a few links that may help you! (I am a splenda/sucralose kinda girl myself!)
