Hi all, Here goes: B- 1 egg poached w/ 1/2 slice 12 grain toast w/spray butter on it, 8 oz milk after about 45 minutes L- 2oz mixed salad greens and carrots chopped in processor w/bacon ranch dressing 1 oz mozz on top, 2 oz tuna salad S- 8 oz protein shake D- 2 oz chicken breast 1/4 c spinach 2 small quarter sized beets w/ spray butter S- 8 oz milk w/ carnation instant breakfast Did real good with normal food, was amazed at how much I could eat. Tonight I am making, eggplant lazagna, never had it or made it so wish me luck. My daughter is even going to try it. I am blown away that she will even try it. Does it sound like I am eating too much? Let me know what you think. Shannon Arnold 257/229/130???

OMG I do not know how to cook.. Ha Ha Ha It turned out awful. I will have to try again, using someone elses recipe. I was just trying to wing it and see if it turned out. Even the rest of the sauce and cheese etc. tasted awful. I threw out the whole pan full. Oh well, I guess I learned not to do that again. Shannon
