OK what I had yesterday....
B- 3 oz of cottage cheese with canned pinapple
S- String Cheese, 1/2 cup light popcorn
L- 3 oz shrimp, cucs and 2 slices cheese
S- Reduced fat cheese its, 1/2 hard boiled egg
D- 3 oz pork chop, tried some mac and cheese (wow how our taste change, I used to LOVE that stuff and now it just taste icky to me)

WHAT DID i eat yesterday:
breakfast: my protein ADVANT EDGE ready made royal choclate
SNACK: salt free pretzels
LUNCH: some pizza cheese and a south beach turkey club wrap
SNACK: cheese stick cheddar
DINNER: refried beans w/melted cheese, nacho chips 4 and few bites of soft taco (TACO BELL)
TO many carbs yesterday but the scale is moveing so im okay with it.

Good morning! I hate the rain but i hate snow more so i am not complaining, 50 degrees in the end of december i will take the rain!
B-1egg omlet with cheese
S-coffee with chocolate protien powder
L-Chicken Vegetable soup and half of a corn on the cob(BBQ'S)
S-Romano cheese
D-Chocolate protien smoothie
S-1 oz of farina
Oh and i finally lost 3 pounds!!! Down 48 pounds now........Yea for me..

B - 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 1 slice of reduced fat american cheese
L - salad w/ 10 kidney beans, 1 oz of mozzzrella cheese, 1 egg yoke, 1/2 oz of sunflower seeds and balsamic vinegar
D - 1 3oz pork chop
S - atkins advantage protein bar
only 75 grams of protein, i'm trying to get it up to 85 but that's hard.

I am going out to dinner tonight and then to a party tomorrow. I don't over eat, but I do eat things I would not normally eat. Tonight we are going out to an Italian restaurant. Any suggestions on what I should order? I was thinking some type of filet, but I am a little afraid to try something new while out.

what a dreary day here on long island....raining and dark outside I'd like to be curled up on the couch or in with my book. Guess I shouldn't complain...it could be snow since it IS the end of December! I just can't believe that it's 50 degrees outside...ugh
