I don't post very often...mostly I just read and take in the info However I wanted to share this recipe with all of you. It taste very much like a no bake cookie. Very yummy, warm, and filling on those cold winter mornings. Mix together: 1 packet instant oatmeal 1 tbsp powdered baking chocolate splenda to taste (for extra protein I often add ½ to 1 scoop baking protein powder) Stir in ½ cup boiling water and 1 tbsp peanut butter Change to measurements of the ingredients to suit your taste. Give it a try. My daughter (age 8) asks for it every morning for breakfast now. Very often we will share because I can't finish all of it myself. Enjoy Clarissa 280/190/160

Good Morning! This sounds great, but I am wondering how it would work with cooked oatmeal. I don't use instant oatmeal, but I do prepare regular oatmeal. I do believe I will try this to see how it tastes. I will post when I try it and let you know. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. {{{{HUGS}}}} Brenda 348/250/???
