Hey Deb,
Glad you had a nice Holiday. I am looking forward to a great and exciting New Year, and this time my resolution will happen, thanks to my new tummy. I haven't eaten much in the last couple days, mostly cause I have been sooooo busy. After Christmas shopping with Hubby and then next day with Mom. So I did not eat hardly anything at all. I really need to work on those 5-6 small meals and snacks. Dr. gave me clearance to eat normal food yesterday. So no more pureeing everything. So here goes yesterdays intake.
B- 4 oz. carb control yogurt
late Lunch around 3:00pm L-1/2 small chili from Wendys ate the juice and small pieces of stuff in it.
D- rest of the chili ate the beans- no more puree tasted soooo good
S- 4 thin deli type crackers with natural PB on them
still trying to get more water in.

Hun eating normal foods is so awesome after the puree stuff. That Wendy's chili is great also..

Christmas was great and I actually lost a lb. I haven't lost anything in 4 months so not sure how that happened.
As for yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 eggs/bacon/cheese on a diet bagel
snack: Power Cruch bar
Lunch: shared a veggie patch pizza(Applebee's w/ hubby) & a house salad 1000 island on the side
Dinner: 4 leftover ribs from nite b4. (small ones) very little bbq sauce on them
Snack: a few pieces of ham left over from Christmas.

S - Polly-O String Cheese
L - 2 cubes of ham, 1 cube american cheese, 1 pickle
P - SlimFast Low Carb Vanilla
D - 2 cubes ham, 1 cube american cheese, 1 pickle
16oz Propel
16oz water
12oz ff milk
(plus the 11oz Slim Fast shake)
It takes me a while to get down my meals so I'm still trying to work in my fruits and veggies but I'll get there
