Hello All ~hugs~ I hope you ALL had a great holiday.... Mine was very nice and so looking forward to the New Year....and Hubby and I have our anniv on Dec 31st as well, 3 years married.. Well I did pretty good over Christmas, stayed the same on the scale so I guess that is good because before surgery I would have gained about 5-15 lbs around this time. Thanks Linda for posting... yesterday was a very busy day and I am off work this whole week but so much to do here. What I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with canned pineapple S- String cheese, 1 pk of PB cheese crackers L- reduced fat canned chicken soup S- Stallone pudding, 3 pretzel rods D- 3 1/2 oz steak, 1/2 baked potato, grilled veggies S- 1 oz reduced fat cheese its, picked on some beef jerky (salt) Ok that is about it..... B-1 egg scrambled with cheese S-Coffee with protien powder in it L-Cheese off of a pizza S-Romano cheese D-Protien smoothie, 1/2 banana, a few strawberries, 1/2 cup skim mil**** and a scoop of protien powder chocolate in magic bullet! S-Romano cheese Love my magic bullet!!

Late start for me yesterday> L: Tomato soup with cheese S: Protein delite smoothie S: Popcorn at the movies..........really filled me up, and I did not have alot. I was going to buy a small, but the medium was only 50 cents more, so I bought it and shared with my daughter....we bought more than half of it home, and before surgery, I would have finished it!!!! D: More tomato soup with cheese. Glad to see you back.. How are things with the new house? SH

SH, Hello hun ~hugs~ Yeah I would sit at the movies and finish one of those myself. Did you try the butter on it? I would be nevous it might make me dump but I would have to try a little. We got the inspection done yesterday and it does not look good with the septic so we are having a septic company come by to take a look before backing out unless he will fix it. It is kind of upsetting but I guess it is good to know these things before right.... well take care hun and thanks for asking. Debra P

I did not get any extra butter on the popcorn....believe me I wanted to, but I figured the popcorn was bad enough. It has some butter on it already, and I really wanted it for the salt!!!!!! Good luck with the septic....I do not have a septic system, but I have heard they can be nightmares when there are problems. See how severe the problem is, and see if they will replace it. If they want to sell bad enough, they will. You do not want an expensive repair right after you buy a house!!! Are there any houses with city sewers where you live? Less problems, I think. Please keep me posted. SH

SH, many of the houses in this area have the septic systems unless recently done. We will just have to see what happens... Debra P

Hi everybody. Sorry I've been MIA lately, but my life is just so busy lately and I do so much more with all of this weight off of me! It feels wonderful, but I DO miss you all. I am going to make more of an effort to post. Here's what I had yesterday: B: 1 scrambled egg and 2 slices crisp bacon L: Proti 15 hot chocolate D: 1.5 meatballs, a few bites of whole wheat pasta, garlic toast made on carb counting bread. That's it...not the best day. Need to get back into the swing of things. Today will be better! Erin
