Hello All,
HEY TGIF and Merry Christmas Eve, eve... OK So I know today will be a heavy carb day for me since we have so much stuff here at work but I am going to do my best! I still have my lunch I made at home but we will see how this day goes...
What I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries
S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers, string cheese
L- 3 oz pork chop with green beans and natural applesauce
S- Stallone pudding
D- some Shrimp lo mein
S- 1oz soy chips
OK that is it.....I am now 3 lbs away from my Century mark but this is slowing down so I am still hoping to get there for New Years..

1/2 slice low carb toast w/ no sugar added PB
1 oz. deli turkey wrapped around a Cracker Barrel 2% cheesestick
Dannon Carb Control yogurt
Isopure Orange Pinapple protien drink ( 40g)
2 oz. ham
steamed broccoli
1/2 c. sf vanilla ice cream
lots of water

Merry Christmas everyone!! Hope everyone is ready for the holidays, I finally am.
Breakfast- 1/2 c wheaties with 1/2 banana
Lunch- very small spinach salad, 1/2 c chicken veggie soup, a bite of chicken breast w/ stuffing. Just a bite!!
Snack- egg salad on 2 crackers
Supper- scalloped potatoes, a couple bites of hot dogs and baked beans
Snack- small handfull of low fat potato chips
I was kinda bad yesterday. This is a bad time of year...too many good things around!

Been having a hard time this week with all the goodies here at work but I'm trying.
B - egg beater w/American cheese
S - 1/2 South Beach Diet protein bar
L - Broccoli/cheddar soup
S - 1 cracker, 1/2 South Beach Diet protein bar
D - 2 ozs Pepper Steak w/rice, provolone cheese, 3 olives
S - Ground beef w/sauce
I'll be back on-line next Tuesday. Enjoy the long holiday weekend.

3:00 PM 4 oz carb control yogurt drink
4:30 PM 1/1/2 oz cheese with 1/3 cup tuna (w lite mayo)
5 1" green beans
8:00 PM Sugar free popsicle
10 PM small sugar cookie (Yup! I was baking)
