What did you eat?

Hello All, YEAH it is almost Friday... Today will go ok I am sure, hubby and I are going to the bank in a little bit to hand in all our paperwork for the house. I am sure it will go fine but I worry anyways... What I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers, 4 oz carb control yogurt L- 3 oz shrimp with homemade sauce, lettuce and 5 olives S- Stallone pudding, string cheese D- 3 oz Pork Chop, green beans, 1/2 potato Wow I am eating more in one sitting then before but they say that is normal, it can also be scary because you feel that you can take more in and you will gain. WHAT did i eat...hmmm i did go shopping and treated myself to a new pair of shoes and a expensive top! I needed something to try and flatter my new figure christmas eve. WHAT did i eat: breakfast: 2 cheddar cheese stixs SNACK: pretzels LUNCH: south beach wrap and sf jello SNACK: more pretzels ( far to many today ) DINNER : stallone pudding ran out shopping LISA

Hey Deb...I'm back (well sort of anyway .. at least for the moment) I'm excited for you about the house...I'm sure it will all go just fine! Good luck on obtaining that mortgage... B - Protein Shake L - 1/2 bbq chicken breast, 2 spoonfuls of potatoes & a few green beans (company christmas party @ Dave & Buster's...had a great time!!) D - I sort of slept thru dinner .. I've been running so much that when I got home last night I just crashed) hopefully today will be somewhat better! hugsssssss...Linda

For me: Breakfast: Pineapple Vanilla Protein smoothie. Lunch: Lentil Soup with Cheese Dinner: Few bites of Shephard's Pie.....stopped since it was not going down well. Have a great day. SH

goodmorning all i am always a day late on this post lol by the time i get home i am to tired all i do is eat dinner and lay down due to headaches what i had yesterday:::::: b:string cheese and 2 cups coffee s:orange and pretzels l:potted meat and string cheese s:pickle and string cheese d:grilled ham slice and green beans s:2 fudge bars (im addicted) thats it for me have a good day hugs lisa
