Hello All.. ~Hugs~
Ok well today is Tues, wow I almost wrote Wed...now I wish.. I just want this week to be over so I can start my week off from work...YEAH we are closed the week between Christmas and New Years so that is great! I am so looking forward to that.
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese with fresh strawberries
S- String cheese, 1/2 cup light popcorn
L- 3 oz grilled chicken over greens with light ceasar dressing, 4 olives and some crutons
S- Stallone pudding, 12 grapes
D- 3 1/2 oz. Roasted Chicken leg wtih green beans
S- some Nacho chips with salsa
OK that is it, I am still holding at 189 and it has been a 1 1/2 weeks now. I guess making 100lbs loss for Christmas will not happen, it keeps getting slower and slower.......maybe to many carbs as I am making sure I eat 2 fruits a day (helps in keeping me regular ) so maybe the carbs are getting to me though it seems I do not eat many calories but enough. I hope this will not be the end of the loss.... I will have to get back into the walking since this is slowing down.
Well take care all and have a great day! ~hugs~

285/189/125??
Hi Debra how are you? I am sorry i have not posted in a while, its been nuts here. Santa preparing for 4 kids is a tough job. I am also scheduled for a lithotripsy this thursday, have a large kidney stone, lucky me. Anyway i am down 45 pounds and feeling good. I have been stuck here for almost 2 weeks but i know its due to lack of exercise. I am afraid to move around to much because i dont want that stone moving and hurting. I still am adding to my diet and tolerating well, only had one problem with a falafel i tried last week, that didnt work out too good. Everything else seems to be ok. I am going to try some of a sausage and egg bisquit from mcdonalds this morning, I didnt go shopping and my hubby is picking the kids up mcdonalds this morning for breakfast. I have not touched mcdonalds in a long time but i am desperate this morning lol. Kids are home getting ready for school, 2 hour delay because of the strike. Ok i think i said enough.
B-1 egg cheese omlet and half of a banana
L-Steamed string beans and some cold tofu
S-2 pieces of wheat melba toast with a little butter
D-BBQ Chicken and a corn on the cob
S-S/F ice pop and 5 wheat thins
water and vitamins and some protien powder in my coffee
Have a great day and get around safely and hope for some kind of agreement for those transit workers, remember they are also loosing alot of money out of their pockets....they have no choice but to strike if union officials call one, so its not their fault!

LisaMarie,
Hello hun and it is nice to see you. ~hugs~ I know so many are busy with the holidays and when I am home I am busy with all the good stuff to but I do have time while at work (most of the time) to get on here and post. I am glad to see you are doing well and I hope your stone passes quickly, not sure what lithotripsy is? What do they do for that?
I have to get busy as well because my weight loss is slowing down and I am sure that has something to do with it. I tried the tofo and it was ok, I just could not have that all the time. We did it in stir fry mixed with chicken, took on the chicken flavor so it was not that bad! Hubby liked it more then I did and I would have never thought that.
Well take care hun ~hugs~

Lithotripsy is the technology that allows us to break up stones inside the body (such as kidney, Ureter and Urinary Bladder stones) using shockwaves. The machine is called a Lithotripter.
In the olden days, one had to be surgically operated upon and the kidney stones were removed manually resulting in pain, the risks of general anesthesia, blood transfusions, prolonged convalescence and possible infections and sometimes death too.
Nowadays, with lithotripsy, the stones are simply crushed into sand-like particles which pass out, harmlessly, in urine. Most suitable stones are ones which range from 6-7 mm in diameter to 2.5 Cms in diameter. For larger stones, Staghorn shaped stones or sometime even for multiple stones, PCNL ( Per Cutaneous Nephrosto Lithotripsy) or Key Hole Surgery or a combination of Lithotripsy and PCNL may be selected for best results. However, for stones from 6 mm to 25 mm, Lithotripsy remains the TREATMENT OF CHOICE
I am having it done Thursday.. Fun Fun Fun

LisaMarie,
Hun thanks for letting me know.. I sure hope all goes well and I guess that is painless huh? That is great that they can do that, I remember way back that they had something like that but it was where they put you in a tub of water and send the sound ways that way but I guess that was when this first started......
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that all goes well for you Thurs.... ~hugs~

Lisa,
Yeah it is nice... we are heading to LI on Christmas eve and back again on Monday morning. Hubby has to work both Christmas eve and back to work on Tues but I will be home relaxing.
I like theat Tangerine/Strawberry as well but my fav is Fruit Punch but you have to get it in the store brand because Crystal Light does not have it anymore. When I can find it I grab many tubes because it is so hard to find.
Take care ~Hugs~
