stepping stones :-)

Hi everyone! Well I got my pulmonology clearance today. I haven't heard from the gastroenterologist, but I am assuming if there were problems they would have called. I had my test done on the 29th. So if there are no problems, then I am cleared from everyone, and awaiting insurance approval. I have lost 20 out of the 10 required pounds I was in exercise class this morning and the routine is so much easier now. Kristine
