Ok now I know why I have not been losing these last couple of days, aunt flo is in town. Damn her.... And that also explains why I am so grouchy today. I laugh about it because hubby just stays away, well not really but we laugh together... OK I think today we are going to submit ALL our paperwork to get started on our loan. I think to complete it we will need the executed contract but they said we can at least get some info in. Will try a lunch I think....
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese
S- 1/2 cup popcorn, string cheese
L- 3 oz shrimp with ketchup and horseradish
S- Stallone pudding, sm orange
D- 3 oz grilled chicken thigh without skin, green beans
S- 2 pretzel rods (craving salt, OMG)

Hun I am sorry to hear that..... do you have heat now????? I know I worry about stuff like that all the time, with the new house there is a wood stove which will be great to help in heating costs and in case the furnace dies as well....Scarry stuff.... I wish you all the best.... ~Hugs~

MINE was a week early last arrival! ITS
been so unpredictable for me....im PCOS
so i never been regular to much in my life.
AND my son joshua was a miracle after 15
years of infertility.
LINDA, how horrible no heat in this cold
weather. I had to redo my funace 5 years
ago. MINE was on its last leg. ANNOYING
WhAT did i eat ....
BREAKFAST: fuzzy naval protein drink
LUNCH: meatball and angel hair pasta
SNACK: pretzels
SNACK: fuzzy navel protein shake
DINNER: chicken noodle soup w/ orzo (homemade)
that was my day.
NO change in scale for me

Yeah TOM stinks.. I was always irregular but since I started adding Soy into my diet things have changed a LOT. I have become so regular it is sickening. I guess it can just be my body changing as well. It has been good for the last 3 years now.
So tomorrow is the big day, what time do you go? Let us know how it goes when you get back. ~hugs~

Ok, finally had a day of some variety. I was only gonna add one thing a day but I actually had three new things yesterday.
B-2 oz carb control vanilla yogurt w/ unflavored protein added
L-finished the rest of the 2 oz carb control vanilla yogurt
S-sf popsicle
D-2 oz or so of homemade potatoe onion soup- hmmmm good
S-2-3 oz sf banana pudding with unflavored protein added
Still trying to get my water in, I know I'm not getting enough cause my eyes are way too dry.

Yeah when I started to add things I did not do it one thing a day and you will know right away if something does not agree with you.

THE appointment is for 4:45 tomorrow due to my work
i have to go late day to not inconvenience my clients.
ITS hard.
I am feeilng the best i have today ...so perhaps i did
have the 14 day virus that many tell me is around and my
doctor said no way too.
I am keep the appointment as i have other issues from
14 days of stuff to address too and i think i also want to
have a colonoscopy in the months ahead. (cancer preventive
thing).
SO we will see.....
I actually went out last night and felt well enough
to leave my house so thats a sign too im feeling better.
I did put dairy back in cause DEBB you were right if i was still
feeling icky wasnt that,,,,thanks for wakeing me up there!
SO ill post but im sure this was just a stubborn virus.

Well hun I am glad you are feeling a little better. ~Hugs~ and maybe it was a really nasty bug. I think after surgery we get things and they effect us for longer times now.
