Hello All ~hugs~ I hope you all are doing good for this Wed morning. I hear we are getting hit again upstate on Friday with another storm. O well..... OK what I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese, 1/2 grapefruit S- 1/2 cup light popcorn, string cheese L- some shrimp chow mein with noodles S- Stallone Pudding D-cheese, meatball and mushrooms off the top of a pizza slice, gave crust to hubby. S- 3 pretzel Rods OK that is what I had yesterday ~Hugs~ You all have a great day! Debra P 285/189/125??

Hmmm my day, let me think....... BREAKFAST: fuzzy naval protein drink LUNCH: chicken soup (homemade w/ orzo) SNACK: fuzzy naval protein drink SNACK: 5 lo salt mixed nuts DINNER: 1 meatball and some angel hair pasta SNACK: 1 salt free pretzel I ate but not better yet. FRIDAY isnt comeing fast enough to see the gas doctor! HOPE EVERYONE is well lisa 310/190/???

Let's see if I can remember... Breakfast-scrambled egg w/ cheese Lunch-small piece of meatloaf w/ gravy & peas Snack-about 1/4 cup of veggie soup Supper-toppings off a piece of pizza and green beans snack-a few low fat potato chips and a slice of cheese

Good Morning Everyone, Well, trying some different stuff finally, only gonna add one new thing a day. That way I will know what I can and can't eat. Here goes- B- 4 oz 1 % milk w/1/2 scoop protein,1 oz jello S- sf cream sicle L- 4 oz 1 % milk w/1/2 scoop protein, only got down about 1/2 of it, about 3/4 of 1oz jello, a few sips of broth S- sf popsicle D- 4 oz 1 % milk, cream of chicken soup pureed 2 TBLS S- sf popsicle I am finding it takes me forever to get down a meal. I know that is what I am supposed to do. And I think I am starting to get somewhat of a full feeling. Today I am trying some yogurt!!!!! Debra---- What name brand is your scale, my daughter has one in her bathroom and it fluctuates all over the place? I am kinda guessing my weight minus 4 pounds, cause that is the difference from the Dr. office scale and my daughters. So if it is correct. I am down 26 pounds in two weeks and 1 day. I am sooooooo excited. Onederland is getting closer and closer I can taste it. He He He Nothing better than the sweet taste of success!!! Thanks for all your encouragement !!! Shannon, I will have to look because I can not remember who told me about the scale and where I got it. I just rushed to buy it because I needed a good one and this one is right on every morning. My old one I would get on and the 2nd and 3rd time it was different weights... I know when I get on this one that THAT is the number. I will let you know tonight when I get home from work and I will search for the packing slip also.... ~hugs~ You are doing great hun and ye****ting your goals sure makes ya feel so awesome. Thanks for asking DEB, im really not well today...going to bathroom far to much. THE other things that go on from going this much is a horror.... IM really getting frustrated for the first time since surgery at whats going on. I dont know how to fix this awful bathroom issue. THANKS for asking lisa 310/190/???

Lisa, Still not right, well now you kind of know it must not be dairy right? I guess see what the Dr says, is this the same Dr that did your scope before surgery? please keep us posted on Friday when you come back ~Hugs~ Debra P

Hello hun Sorry I have been out of the loop.....but I peek in when ever I get a chance.... Congratulations on the house.....I hope you have a smooth buy..... B- protien drink S- grilled cheese with ham.... L-steak sandwich no bread with onions and cheese.... D- half cup rice....and a pastella(sp?) and lets not forget the strawberry daquari......opps....
