Hello All ~Hugs~
Happy Tuesday.... Well I did not get much sleep last night thinking about all the stuff we want to do when we get into the house... I know there are stuff we will need to do right away but others will have to wait. Just starting to make a list of what we want to do right away.
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese, fresh pinapple
S- 1/2 cup light popcorn, string cheese
L- 3 oz pork chop, natural applesauce and veggie
S- Stallone pudding
D- some shrimp chow mein with some hard noodles
S- 1 pretzel rod
OK I think that is all I had. Sometimes I have to really think about it. Well take care all and have a great day! ~Hugs~

Lisa,
yes that is a good idea, give yourself some time without diary and then add it back in to see if that is what is causing you to get sick. Just make sure you get your protein in hun.....also try some FF refriend beans, if you like them. They are great protein and not bad for you. I got the old el paso brand from the supermarket and they were good. I added some shredded chedder but you need to stay away from that for a bit. You can even try the Wendy's chilli.... Whole wheat pasta has good protein in it, good with carb options sauce. Maybe that might help you some I know for me most of my protein is dairy so I know it is hard to get it in without your shakes... ~hugs~
I wish you the best hun

that appointment friday. TODAY i am
feeling the best i have since this began
so im hopeing either i have figured out
my problem or it was just a VERY stubborn

Lisa,
Yeah maybe the beans might not be good but I do have to say in the Refried state it was not bad at all when I eat them. I am glad you are feeling a little better today and if you start adding dairy back in soon and get sick then you know for sure.
Take care

Still holding at 198.4 -- it is feeling more solid.
Yesterday's food... it is hard to remember this morning.....
Endulge packages (of course -- for regularity )
Lots of flavored water
lots of coffee (I know -- bad bad)
Bean chili w/meat
6 crackers
5 SF Twizzlers
a SLIVER of someone's birthday cake
a few light chips
Yves veggie lasagna
more Endulge Bars
Doesn't look very good, but actually had significant protein...
