Hi all!! Thought I would pop in and say hello....I have been EXTREMELY busy these last few weeks and haven't been hear. Miss you all though. Hope eveyone had a great Thanksgiving. Looking forward to Christmas with my little guys 2 and 4....That's what it's all about! Doing really well with my weight loss still. Down to 165 and in a size 10. No complaints here!!! hi Vi!!! Keep up the positive attitude....it truly will help you get through when you struggle. Thanks for the compliment. Thats one thing I have a hard time with, people commenting on how good I look. It's been a year and I still don't know how to react. Keep up on your protien and vitamins...they are the key to staying healthy. Hope you have a wonderful holiday. Karry 311/162 past goal and still going!!!
