What did you eat?
Yesterday I helped out at the church Christmas dinner so I was on my feet from 1 to 8 pm...waayyy too much for only 35 days out!!! but I guess I ate ok.
B protein drink
S SF popsicle
L 1 oz soy cheese and 1/2 oz deli turkey with 1 tbs tomato sauce (all melted in the microwave)
D 1 oz chicken, 1 large green bean, one black olive
S Tea, SF creamsicle
Late night - protein drink (just to get in enough for the day)
I've tried very small bits of bread and crackers but they stick on the way down...how long did it take anyone else to tolerate similar foods?
