Happy Monday.. Well our weekend was nice and we are still waiting to hear on this offer we put in on this house. I think the agent said they wanted to see what kind of turn out they were going to have over the weekend so we will see.
Also I broke out of the 190's today... Now as long as I can keep this moving down without another stall I will be ok. Still shooting for losing the 4.5 lbs to meet my 100 lbs loss mark by Christmas or the new year.
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oc Carb control choc milk, 1 scrambled egg
S- 1 sm orange
L- Wendy's toco salad with chilli, 1/2
S- 2 pretzel rods
D- 3 oz Pork Chop, natural applesauce and mixed veggies
S- Fresh pineapple

CONGRATULATIONS in getting into the 180's thats awesome when we get into new digits!
I think ur gonna make ur 100 lbs by christmas goal. IF not by new years for sure. YOUR doing so well. I hope you hear good news on the house that you put an offeri on. As for me i thought i was getting better but im not. I was in pain in bed the entire day in bad pains in my stomach. I ate breakfast and then few hours later i suffered severe gas pains that put me in bed the entire day. SO i didnt eat much...I am going to try to get to a gastranogist (spelled wrong) and see whats going on. I am seriously thinking i have become lactose intolerant 6 months out.
BUT what i ate : (not good )
1 egg and sausage
SUGAR free JELLO
half protein shake
i did bad, didnt get fluids in but wasnt well yet again.

hun I can not belive you are not feeling better yet. Good idea to go see the Dr because maybe it could be the start of an ulcer? I am not sure of the signs of that but maybe someone here can let us know? If it is only that you are lactose intolerant how weird is that, 6 months out and this happens? Well keep us posted hun, when are you going to see the Gas Dr? I can spell it either.

I still have my fingers crossed for you with that house
weekends are just so tough for me...I can't seem to stay on track..I run around all weekend and I'm bad as far as getting my protein and fluids..

I am back on track this morning and doing the right thing. My scale still isn't moving

Yeah weekends are hard for me as well. I seem to be better when I am on a schedule at work. I know it is all in my mind but I really do not want to eat my yogurts and cottage cheese on the weekend. I want more.... I don't know as long as I move along it will be fine.

I feel I will also but you never know... I love my new scale and it is right on, no more getting on many times to get 3 out of 5 readings to know which one to use.

I am happy to say that I lost 4 pounds over the weekend!!! Yipeeee!!
This is the best thing I have ever done for myself.
Breakfast---egg on 1/4 slice toast, 1 slice crumbled bacon
Lunch------vegetable soup with 2 cheese & crackers
Supper-----veggie lasagna & green beans
Snack------Low fat potato chips
