Lisa,
I still can not believe you are not feeling better ~hugs~ Just be careful and make sure you are drinking enough water! What about soups? They always seem to help some what.
Cold here as well...brrrrr... and I am not sure about the snow up here, I guess we will just have to see. This year is rough as well since the weight loss I am so cold most of the time. Never mind the heating prices.
Well take care hun and I hope you are feeling better soon ~hugs~

Pat,
hello there and it is good to see you ~hugs~ Great meal plan btw.... I was keeping track at fitday.com but now I am used to what protein intake should be so I have been slacking off. I know I should keep that going but wow it takes so much time.
Thanks and have a great day! ~hugs~

Linda,
Glad to hear your having some time for yourself at work.
Yeah this winter is going to be a bad one I bet....eeekkkkkkk
Debra P
thanks deb....
I cant believe either how long this is going thru me.
EVEN called my PCP doctor yesterday who made me
a little angry asking me if i ate foods im not supposed to as
a bypass patient. I was mad and sad i dont do that and i think
117 lbs in 6 months says i dont. I was mad. BUT he said to watch dairy products and increase my immodium consumption. TODAY is the best day i had since last friday when this began so im hopeing. The doctor said he never heard of a virus lasting this long and truthfully me either.BUT my two kids relapsed now on throwing up after 24 hours fine so go figure.
I am going to eat a normal lunch...meatball parm. (something i learned from ur eating menues!)
thanks for asking. STAY WARM and i agree heating costs also stink with this brutal winter ahead!
LOVE
LISA
