Hello All ~hugs~
I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was nice....looked at some houses, even put an offer in on one but we will see today what they say. ~crossing fingers~ I am a strong believer that what will be will be, if they do not accept our final offer then it was not meant to be for us. It can get so emotional but so happy about this next step. Got some holiday stuff up so all is good.
Well what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz Carb Control Choc Milk
S- String Cheese
L- 1/2 grilled cheese on Carb something bread
D- Homemade chicken soup with about 3 oz chicken wings and veggies
S- 1/2 cup light popcorn
OK I think that was it but it seems I was snacking all day long...hmmmm I guess when I am home I am not up at 5am and eating breakfast at 6:30am so there is less time between my meals and snacks.

I been a bit ill with a stomach virus so i barely ate this weekend but ill put up what i had........I cant seem to shake it just the runs...but still had it since friday and still seem troubled with it. YUCKIE! MY kids are throwing up now numbe too is on he way home from school sick now...so i know this is a bug......and my youngest was throwing up last night....
BREAKFAST: scrambled egg and bacon
LUNCH: CHICKEN BROTH few oyster crackers in it
DINNER: homemade spit pea soup
SNACK: stallone pudding couldnt even fini****
Well thats my day not good but im not been well since friday.

but im concerned i mean my little guy threw up a few times last night fine today...
My 11 year old daughter has it now....
and im not throwing up like them which annually i doo but
ITS been alot of days with the runs. I have taken the IMODIUM
too and still.....just not going all day like the first 2 days but
im not back to normal yet. IMAGINE the new tummy handles it
differently.
I am trying to eat but just cant to my normal.

Yes we get things different now it seems, that is how I got the flu also. I is rather strange. I hope all 3 of you are feeling better soon ~Hugs~

I have not been replying to this post because I know that I have not been eating correctly. I hardly eat anything. I am hoping that if I have to write something down where everyone can read it that I will be a little more careful. I also would like to know if you can tell me about the stallone pudding. I hear alot of people talking about it.
Breakfast- 1/2 Banana
Lunch- 3 grilled shrimp and 5 bites of steak
Snack- 1/2 2 oz. bag of peanuts
Dinner- 4 bites of chicken and 4 bites of steak
It really doesn't seem like much when I write it down. I feel I am a slow loser, maybe this is why. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Yes it might help to stay on track a slight bit and if it does then that is good.
I was getting the pudding at drugstore.com but when I Froggled it I found another place that had it cheaper and I could get the whole case. Try the do the Froggle search in Google, it really does help to get the lowest place. Sometimes they are on sale and that is what I go after.
Yes you have to make sure you are eating enough calories or else that can slow your weight loss down as well......sounds strange I know but your body needs the fuel (food) to lose proper.

Well I ate 2 tablespoons of pasta with broccile 2 small chicken sauages,
3 crackers
2 glasses of water
1 low fat yogurt
I need to go food shopping and get some fruits and veggies.
But I do good in the water I drink about 8 -10 glasses a day and I drink 24 grams of protein for sure once a day. I need to get more protien in me.

Hun if I eat only that I would be so hungry. I guess I do have my days when I just can't eat but then I make sure I use my shakes. Hang in there hun and work on getting more protein in, you will be ok... ~hugs~

I told my family I need help with getting more protien and healthy food in me. So they agree to buy less carbs and more food in proteins.
Tonight I eat 3 oz of ham, 2 tbs of sweet potatoes and 2 tbs of mac and cheese. I also drank another 2 glasses of water.
I use to eat alot more a few weeks ago. But I've been on bed rest for the past 3 weeks and I've been battling the over eating because I'm board.
Also this week I've been going crazy with the candies, I'm going to be visited by "aunt flo"
It's all good. I'm going to work hard and eat right. Everything will work out. As for my protein shake I'm going to double up on it.
