protein pancakes???

I saw a recipe for protein powder pancakes some where.. but I cant find it anyone have it???? Albert

Hi Albert I find something I don't know if this will help.Here goes SusanMarie bariatric eating website has pancake protein mix and Atkins pancake mix also have one.That is what I found so far I'll keep looking for any more .See ya later Claire

I remember when I was doing the Atkins diet I used to cook these potato pancake like things out of pork grinds crumbs. i really don't remember how I did it or what else I put in it, but they were pretty good. Uh ok I was no help answering your question, but I hope you find the recipe! Tavia

I made them like this: 1 cup quaker oats 1 cup cottage cheese 4 eggs cinnamon and vanilla to taste Put all in a blender, then cook like regular pancakes. Very good. SH
