HELP PLEASE! i need a surgeon @ SUNYupstate

hello everyone. hope all is well. ive been researching and it seems like SUNY Upstate is a reputable hospital. i was wondering if anyone who has had the surgery done there, which surgeon would you recommend me. thanks a lot.

Ying My sister and also a good friend just had WLS at Upstate...... they both liked there Dr. I BELIEVE it was Dr Kim?? Not positive on the name, but, that is where they had there surgery's. They both like there Dr, so hopefully its the same one ??!!?? Good Luck and keep us updated Brenny

Hi, I had my surgery at University (SUNY Upstate). My surgeon was Dr. Simon. I absolutely love him & the staff there. My sister also had her surgery with Dr. Simon. We also have people at our support group that had Dr. Kim, Dr. Cunningham & Dr. Weis (Dr. Weis is now practicing at their satelite office in Auburn). I've never heard anything bad about any of the Dr's & I would highly recommend them & their program. Good Luck & let me know if you have any further questions. Tammy

THANK YOU!@ Thanks to everyone *****plied. i had the chance to contact SUNY Upstate, aka University Hospital's obesity clinic today. They were very helpfull. It seems like all of the surgeons who work there are reputable. just got to wait til January til i get *total care* and im on my way. ~ ying
