The most amazing milestone

Today I weighed 185.5 which according to the CDC's BMI calculator makes my BMI 29.9 - which is in the overweight category. (Note - OH's BMI calculator doesn't let you put in half pound increments) I have been waiting to reach this milestone. I am just so excited. I was hoping to reach this point by my one year anniversay, and I did with a week to spare. Since I broke my plateau last Thursday, I have lost 3.5 pounds. This whole experience has been amazing and it continues to amaze me. I am so thankful today. Hugs, Mary 302/185.5/1??

Lisa, I'm 5'6". I know what you mean about the obese work - overweight sounds so much better. Getting to the overweight category has been my goal since I broke into the 100's. Do I dare hope to make it to the normal BMI category?? Thanks, Mary 302/185.5/1??
