B 1/4 cup FF ricotta cheese with cinnamon S protein shake L 2 oz salmon Water, Water, Water, 2 flintstones, 3 viactive (between 12:30 PM and 5 PM) D 2.5 oz babyfood beef and carrots- salted & peppered 2 oz fat free cottage cheese snack - sugar free popsicle

Hey there! Sorry I haven't been on lately; I've been suffering from the FLU! It was horrible. I managed to go back to work today (been out for 3 days) but it was rough. Unfortunately, for the past 4 days I've really had nothing but liquids and some chicken soup, as all I was doing was sleeping. Last night I had a protein shake and today I managed to meet my 50 grams goal, so I'm happy about that. I'm down 63 pounds!!!! 2 months!
