Linda,
Hun I wonder about myself all the time. I am so off today at work so I guess we are in the same boat today. Just one of those days.
I am very late today myself but will try to be here earlier..
Thanks for posting. ~Hugs~

Lisa,
Hello hun ~Hugs~ Hoping you are having a great day!
Take care

Hi Deb. First day back to work after 3 weeks but planning helped alot.
B 2 Tbs applesauce, 4 oz carb control yogart
S 11 oz protein drink
L 1/3 c Italian salmon
S 11 oz protein drink
D 1 oz green beans, 3 oz salmon.
Before bed I also had 4 oz fat free milk and 4 pistachios
The salmon was a 5 oz piece that was sauteed in 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil and t tbs garlic and chopped into very small pieces. Cooked very well and when all cooked I added 1/4 cup of tomato basil sauce and salt and pepper. I let it sit in the fridge overnight. Very good flavor and very filling. This can work for any fish or ground meat. It made 4 -5 meals.
