Hello All ~hugs~
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, I did and it was nice to see Mom again, she was here until this morning. OK what I eat yesterday...hmmm well I will just list the stuff I had since I had really no set schedule and I am sure I over carb on my Sunday and did not get all my protein in but the other days I sure did so that is ok.
*1/2 ham sandwich, mostly picked ham off of the 1 slice of Carb Counting bread, with light mayo.
* 1/2 cup popcorn
* 3 oz Grilled Chicken dipped in light dressing
* String Cheese
* 1/2 beef patty and small bowl of French Onion Soup (eat all the cheese and left the bread)
* 2 pretzel Rods
OK I think that was it... Well back to work and back on track today. You all have a great day! ~hugs~

D: 1/4 C mexcian mussel salad; 1/2 C curried lobster salad
S: No sugar added pop
S: 1 glass red wine

Good morning everyone.
My Thanksgiving was great - my Mom came home from a nursing home (for good) last Monday so it was wonderful to have the entire family together. After dinner, my sister brought out the kareoke(sp?) machine and we all sang and even danced. All my nieces and nephews actually stayed until 11:00 p.m.
As for yesterday - well - I didn't do too good foodwise but when I checked the scale this a.m., it showed I lost 2 more lbs so I'm very happy. I leave for my cruise this Saturday and my goal was to lose 80 lbs by then and as if this morning, I'm there. Yipee!!!
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
L - Shrimp and left over shells in sauce
D - Peanuts, potato chips (can you tell I was at a party?)
S - Zone protein bar
Lots of decaf coffee and water

HEY deb glad your holiday was nice and you enjoyed moms stay with you....WHAT i ate hmmm, i was at a banquet all day with my daughte so not the best day for me but here goes:
BREAKFAST: scrambled egg w/ sausage
SNACK: Stallone PUDDING (yummy i finally got the banana cream flava and love it and GNC and the guy gave me such a deal 4.99)
LUNCH: scrambled egg, bacon, top off a corn muffin and few hash brown taters (i didnt know the food was gonna be brunch at the banquet)
SNACK: atkins advantage bar
DINNER: sausage in tomatoe sauce w/ 5 bow tie noodles
SNACK: sugar free chocolate cream pie (i made for holiday)
I am trying to loose 2 more lbs by thursday when i see my surgeon. I know they weigh me fully dressed and i want there scale to show under
200, so i need to loose an extra 2 lbs more to do that for sure. I did the
blood work up friday so my surgeon has it to discuss when i see him. Ill update on the board how my six month check up goes!

Hello hun ~Hugs~ I am glad yours was good as well.
I love those Banana as well....yummmmm. I had on Sat morning
my Isopure Choc protein shake with 1/2 banana in it and it really made it taste awesome. Mine tricks huh....
