Mount Sinai surgery date

Well I'll be having lap roux en y at the hospital I was born at on Dec 9th I'm very excited and freaked out at the same time all the emotions like relationships with food. hiding behind fat, losing friends,complications all of the negative while it's nice to focus on the positive which is what has been easiest but as my surgery date creeps closer I'm thinking more negative I need some positive thoughts and energy sent my way ~Nai in brooklyn

isha don't be scared your in great hands Dr Kini is a great doctor. remember that. this is gonna be a great change for you cause trust me your life will change after the surgery, all the energy and weight cominig off your body will make you feel so much better. I really hope everything comes out okay for you and u do not have any complications I will have you in my prayers.....good luck girl!

I am not at all familiar with the hospital I am WAY upstate, I just wanted you to know that I m keeping you in my thoughs and prayers Its an amazing journey Nai, remember to embrace every part of it. You will do a wonderful job as long as you keep your focus of why you wanted to take this journey in the 1st place. I know right now there are so many thoughts running through ur mind, they are suppose to. its a test , to make you KNOW the road your about to take is a journey of a lifetime. hi isha, i had my surgery 10/7/05 at mt.sinai. they are wonderful. you will be up and out of there before you know it. dr.kini did my surgery who is doing yours. the staff is amazing. you will be in good hands. and try not to think about the negative. its all positive from here on. im down 35lbs. and feeling great. you can email me at [email protected]. good luck and take care.
