Lost one pound - broke through plateau
I can't believe it - after staying the same (within a couple of pounds-I'd bounced up and down a couple of pounds) for 6-7 weeks now, I finally saw a new number this morning. 
I was beginning to think that I was done losing weight. I'd like to lose some more before I start thinking about plastic surgery consulations and it looks like I might be on my way now.
Thank God for this surgery because on past diets it would be the frustration of plateaus like this one that would start me back eating again. Now I don't have a choice but to eat smaller quantities. It is so wonderful.
