Just went to the dr's for my check up and.....drum roll please.....
You have a BMI of 24.8. This shows that you are of a normal weight.
I AM FINALLY NORMAL. For the first time in my adult life I am not Morbidly Obese, Obese or overweight...I AM NORMAL NORMAL NORMAL.
I can not believe it. I cried when I saw the scale go to 136. 10 months, 1 week and 1 day since my surgery. I never thought I would see the day. I can not even begin to explain what I am feeling. 16 more til my personal goal. (I think). I am wearing size 6 & 4 depending on the cut.
Life is good, Thanksgiving for me came today :>

I just visited your profile and you are absolutely "BEAUTIFUL". 
Instead of "getting older", you are "getting younger". You look 20 years younger than your begin picture! Keep up the great work. I still have 10 more to go to my "personal" goal, but I feel wonderful. Passed my Dr's goal 15 pounds ago!

We are neighbors (kind of) I am in COlonie. Yes, I had so many early complications and a long (19 day) stay in the hospital mostly in ICU. Now a little more than 10 mos out I have to admit (and only recently) have been able to say I am glad I did this. Early on I really thought this was the biggest and almost fatal mistake of my life.
How we change is amazing. I feel so much more alive than I ever have in my life.
Thanks to all for the kind words and encouragement It really means a lot.
