Hello All ~Hugs~ HAPPY THANKSGIVING... Well I hope to get out early today from work so I can get myself ready for the next couple of days.... I think Mom will be coming to visit again which is awesome. What I eat yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control choc milk S- String cheese L- tuna over salad with low carb ranch dressing S- Stallon pudding D- 3 oz Flounder with califlower (sp?) S- 1/2 cup popcorn OK that is it, I hope you all have a great day and an AWESOME THANKS GIVING.. Debra P 285/196/125??

Hi Debra. I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving....I already have my sauce cooking for the lasagna. B-2 oz plain tofu L-1/2 scrambled egg with 1 oz of plain tofu D-Gimme Lean meatless ground beef style tofu with some plain tofu S-2oz carb control light and fit dannon strawberry yogurt Yes i am a little hooked on the tofu thing. I also bought the Gimme Lean sausage style to try with my scrambled eggs. Cant wait to have a little piece of turkey tomorrow with my sauce and some ricotta and mozerella. I am also attempting to make a sugar free cheesecake{wish me luck} I am more of a box cake girl so this is my first attempt at making it from scratch. I will be making Turkey, Lasagna, Mashed Potatos, Sweet Potatos, Corn, Bisquits, cookies, cheesecake and whatever else i can think of lol. The funny thing is it dosent bother me all that food around, its so weird. Well I really hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving and for us at least this year isnt only about the food. We have so much more to be thankful for!

LisaMarie, Hmmmm all that sounds yummy and you can try a little bit of each thing if you are in the mood but I understand about how you feel with not wanting to eat all the stuff anymore. It is so hard to explain. I got the tofu you mentioned but now I am not sure what to do with it. Do I just add it to my stir fry? with the chicken or not even use the chicken at all.....they this is all new to me and hubby turned his nose up at it so I want it to be good so he will like it also. HEY DEBB... happy thanksgiving! SOUNDs lovely that mom is comeing to visit you. LISA: isnt that so amazing how we can prepare and be around these foods with no craving for them. SOMETIMES i think i had some brain surgery too with my bypass! I completely never touched one piece of halloween candy...made it thru many rounds of birthday cupcakes around with my daycare and i have no interest to touch them. THE only thing now and then are chips but always pick the healthier baked or the protein ZEN soy ones. TO NEAT WHAT DID I EAT: BREAKFAST: 3 ounces cottage cheese with few nuts sprinkled SNACK: handful no salt pretzels LUNCH: 4 meatballs w/ sauce and mozzerella (deb u gave me that idea for lunches, YUMMY) SNACK: cream cheese on baked crackers DINNER: homemade taco salad ground beef, pinto cheese, lettuce, tomoatoe, cheese and ff sourcream. Well all thats it. MAYBE on thanksgiving morning i will get thru that ONDERLAND crossing. IM 200 even now....DOWN that half... SO im hopeing! LISA 310/200/???

Lisa, hun I really hope you reach Onerland tomorrow... I am up on this new scale but moving forward. I just lost some lbs I can not account for in the week of no scale. Hi Deb- Happy Thanksgiving back at you-- B: South beach protein bar L: 1 slice of swiss, a piece of lettuce, and a bite of turkey breast. It didn't feel that great going down, so I stopped eating S: South beach protein bar D: 1 T of lobster salad 1oz of salmon 2T pepper salad S: Sugar free pop
