Boca Chili (yum!)

I recently discovered a new product that is both healthy and delicious. Boca Chili is found in the health/natural frozen section. so far I have only seen it at Waldbaums. It has 1gm of fat, 20 gm protein, and only 150 cal. It is much lower in sodium than most prepared/frozen foods, 650 mg. It is extra yummy with a little shreaded cheese or lowfat sour cream on top.

I had it for lunch the other day and I hated it. But I think my taste buds are still kind of screwy, it's been "hit or miss" with me lately on what I can and can't eat.
