Good Monday Morning All ~Hugs~
Well here we are at another Monday but hey this week should be a quick week here. No scale as of yet but hoping with today's mail it should be here.
What I eat yesterday:
B- 8 oz Carb Control Choc Milk
L- Broiled seafood mix with SMALL amount of angel hair pasta
S- Stallone Pudding
D- 3 oz Steak, grilled veggies
S- 1/2 cup popcorn

Hey Deb,
Think how great you will feel once you get your scale and weigh yourself. Probably very surprised!
I went this weekend to see "Harry Potter" with my husband and I was daring enough to eat a handful of popcorn. Not a good idea.
I missed like 40 min of the beginning of the movies b/c I was too busy in the bathroom. *sigh* I'm just trying to be normal, that's all.

Yeah I am hoping to be at my 100 lbs loss mark.. But we will see, it was a mini goal to be there before thanksgiving.
I am sorry you missed part of the movie hun and I know what you mean about just being normal. ~Hugs~ Hun when you are ready this will be taken care of, I know it is upsetting!

I had:
Breakfast--Scrambled eggs with melted cheese
Snack-----Protein shake
Lunch-----Slit pea soup with crackers
Snack-----Protein shake
Supper----Potatoes & carrots from a pot roast w/gravy, acorn squash
Snack-----Protein shake
It's nice to have some regular food. I can't eat much but it sure tastes good.

Yes I remember adding normal food back in and it was awesome, makes you feel that all is ok in the world

Short work week for me too (although it will probably feel alot longer). Is anyone else nervous about getting thru Thanksgiving dinner? Got any tips?
Here's yesterday's food list.
B - Carnation Instant Breakfast
S - 1/2 Zone protein bar
L - 1/2 Zone protein bar
S - ff pretzels
D - Chicken, rice, spaghetti
S - Carrots, dip, South Beach protein bar
Lots of water and decaf coffee

Yes you are right, it will feel longer. It is weird that they feel that way so I try to forget it but well, hey I am looking forward to the time off. Though hubby has to work both Fri and Sat so not much we can do this Thanksgiving, seeing Mom is out and we should be getting snow Thurs so she will not be able to travel here. Though she was here this weekend so that was great.

Goodmorning everyone. Started working out a little this weekend, did 2 workouts one for 40 min and the other for 25 min. Feels good to be moving again.
B-1/2 scrambled egg with 2 baby spoons of oatmeal
S-sliver of mozerella cheese
L-1 spoon of cream cheese
D-Cold Tofu with some carb options teriaki sauce
Tofu is my new favorite food. I like Nosoya Extra firm cold not cooked. I know weird....Kids laugh at me.
