TGIF all, ~hugs~ OK now I think this post will go through, I was early but the board was not working right Well here is what i had yesterday: B- 3 oz Cottage cheese with fruit S- String cheese L- 1/2 Subway Atkins Chicken wrap S- Stallone pudding D- Shrimp Lo Mein OK I think that is it.... ~hugs~ You all have a great weekend... Yesterday I added a few new things to my diet. I had cream of broc & cheddar soup for lunch, and for supper some cottage cheese...and of course my protien shakes and water, lots of water. It all stayed cown so I was happy about that. I'm so excited to be in the mushy stage!

B- 4 oz FF,SF strawberry yogurt, 2 oz oatmeal S protein shake L 2 oz cottage cheese S protein shake, 4 oz beef broth D 4 oz cottage cheese, 3 oz applesauce. Chills all day with a slight cough. A cold coming on? I'll double up on the chicken broth. I slept most of the day under 2 blankets and a quilt. Hotflashes in between were a pain in the a.... Hopefully, will do better tomorrow.
