Okay -- I am joining this one -- at least today... Yesterday I ate: COFFEE B: 4 oz low carb yogurt and banana S: Sugar Free Twizzlers L: chili S: Endulge Wafer Cookies (1 pkg) D: Baked Potato (3/4) with Tuna Salad & FF Cheddar Cheese S: FF Plain Yogurt & Banana S: Endulge Wafer Cookies (2 pkgs) I guess I have a little "snacking" problem here.... HEY DEB! I'm running a little late today but I am here ... B - South Beach Cinnamon/Raisin Cereal Bar S - Protein Shake L - Light & Fit smoothy yogurt shake S - Protein Shake D - Tortilla soup w/ 1/4 cup side of green beans lots of water! I'm beginning to see a trend in my eating...I might need something new in my menu... I am relying on the protein shakes for food...not sure if that's a good thing or not..not sure of anything anymore have a great day...I hope your scale gets there soon. I'm surprised that it's not there yet...maybe the christmas "rush" has started already. hugssssssss...Linda

Linda, Yeah hubby checked the PO box today and there was nothing so maybe tomorrow... I am having scale withdrawls here.. Also maybe because we have the PO box that it had to go USPS which takes a little longer I am sure. Well take care hun ~Hugs~ Debra P

Hi Deb. This is today's menu so far (still stage II) 11oz protein shake 2 oz sugar free jello 1 scrambled egg with 2 oz cottage cheese (cooked together) 1 oz oatmeal 4 oz skim milk 10 oz cup of black cherry tea with stevia (natural sweetener) 2.5 oz babyfood chicken 4 oz strained green beans (babyfood) 4 oz gator ade (54 grams of Protein for the day) may have another protein shake before 9 pm Linda 8-l
