Hello All ~Hugs~ OK so it is close to the end of the week... I am hoping to get my new scale today or tomorrow..... What I had yesterday: B- 8 oz Carb control Choc Milk S- Stallone pudding L- 3 oz Chicken Thigh, no skin, green beans S- Carb control yogurt, string cheese D- 2 meatballs with melted Muzz S- 1 oz reduced fat cheese-its OK I think that is it.... Deb- Still no scale, huh-- You must be going through withdrawal. By the way TastiDLite are little ice cream shops in NYC-- although there are some others. You can look on their website for locations near you. And hey, you can always look into the franchise-- their web site has information on it B: South Beach Protein Bar L: 1/2 slice of turkey; 2T mashed potatoes and 2T mixed veggies S: 1 Swiss colony sugar free mini cheesecake tart D: 3/4 frozen lasagna ( I pulled the pasta out and ate the tomato sauce, cheese and meat ) S: 1/2 an apple Hope the scale comes today. Hi Deb- as promised.... B- mini bagel w/1 egg...I get these bagels at trader joes and the actually have 4 grams of protein..pretty cool! L- cottage cheese, apple,soy flaxseed Tortialla chips..(also from trader joes...9 grams of protein...they are actually awesome! S- Cheese stick coffee w/unjury protein powder D- tuna salad,mixed green salad, 2 chicken goyoza S-nuts and weigh****chers icecream bar Hugs Marla

Good morning. Remember when we used to hate getting on the scale (well, I did anyway) - now we can't wait to get on. I weigh myself every morning but only log the info on Tuesday's. I hope your new scale gets delivered soon.
