Deb, I agree with all the rest - don't stop doing this. I think it's really beneficial and helpful to see what everyone else eats. I know I get some great ideas. My food list from yesterday: B - Carnation Instant Breakfast S - 1/2 protein bar L - Tuna fish w/swiss cheese - 1/2 slice wheat bread S - 1/2 protein bar D - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, 3 bites of toast (Denny's) S - ff pretzels Thanks again Debra for all your work. Hi Deb, PUHLEASE!! don't stop posting. You have really good ideas for when I can begin to eat real food. Today I had a vanilla protein shake, lots of water, 2 oz sugarfree,fatfree strawberry (which I shared with one of my cats ) and just finished a late lunch of 2 oz pureed broccoli; 3 Tbs fat free cream cheese, and 2 oz unsweetened peach applesauce. I still have lots of liquids to get in today plus an additional protein drink. I did visit that bariatriceating.com and ordered the vanilla IsoPure 0 carb drink mix. It was on sale. Thanks for the tip and will definitely order more. Linda

Hi there. Sorry I haven't posted in a while...been sooooooooo busy with work! Anyway...here's what I ate today B: 2 laughing cow wedges with 4 fat free saltines L: 2 ham/cheese roll-ups with ~6 soy crisps D: 1 scrambled egg with fat free cheddar cheese, 1 crisp slice of bacon, about 4 bites of homemade has browns will have a protein shake in about an hour Erin
