Hello All ~hugs~ I see the people that post to this every day is getting less and less, should I keep doing this or maybe move on to something else? Please let me know because I don't want this to become boring. OK So I orderd a new scale online and can not wait to get it now. I am so lost without checking my weight in the morning. Well I guess that is a good habit to have. What I had yesterday: B- 8 oz Choc Milk, Carb Control S- Stallone Pudding L- 2 1/5 oz tuna with light mayo, string beans and 5 wheat crackers S- String cheese, 4 oz carb yogurt D- 3 oz Chicken Thigh without skin, green beans S- 1 pack (1.5 oz) of s/f choc chip cookies and carb control milk, 8 oz (what a great snack, felt like I was being so bad and it was all good , thanks to bariatric eating.com, thanks Susan Maria ) That is it.... ~Hugs~ You all have a great day! Morning Deb, Couldn't get logged in yesterday! My food is very bad, been eating sweets & chips. I plan that to be over as of todaY! I weigh myself once a week & the scale is just the same!!! Yesterday I ate: B 1 banana 1 Protein shake 1 cup of coffee L 2 oz chopped chicken liver 3 crackers D 2oz baked ziti & 1/2 meatball S 2 petit 4s Bar b que chips A few pistachio nuts Linda

Linda, OK that was for yesterdays "what did you eat", sorry about that I thought it was todays. I guess I need to be checking my email a little more now. You are good, I have to weigh myself every morning. Well I hope it starts to move again for you soon.... ~Hugs~ Debra P

Debra, I hope you keep posting this...I know I like to read it and it gives me ideas sometimes as to what I can have. (when I am able) Right now I am having the same old stuff; just the shakes and diluted juices. But I'm going to start adding things in the next few days. I'm excited about that!

it just took me FOREVER to be able to reply to this post...this is getting REALLY frustrating! glad you ordered the scale...hope you like it as much as I do it will come pretty quick...you'll see B - protein shake S - honey/lemon herbal tea L - 2 cheddar cheese sticks & 12 reduced fat cheezits! S - protein shake D - tortilla soup I drank 6 16.9oz bottles of water yesterday don't stop doing this deb...it keeps me in check!
