I GOT APPROVED....WHOOOOO HOOOOOOO

Thanks again everyone!!! I called today and am still waiting for a date. They also got the approval notice. I hope to get a call first thing in the morning, its just making me crazy, knowing and not knowing at the same time. I just got back from our support group meeting, boy oh boy was it a huge turn out. There were people there as far as 2 1/2 years out. I guess the Dr. office is going to start a new support group for those a year or more out. I think it is a great idea. But I do like the fact that they do come to the beginners meetings too, that way we get all kinds of facts from start to finish and then some. I also received my WLS for Dummies book today, and I must say WOW ! It is filled with all the information I have received here and at the meetings and at the Dr. office and much much more. The recipes are awesome. My husband also must be coming around to accepting my decision, because today we were walking to Eckerds while waiting for my car to be inspected and he said, " You know what you ought to see if you can get this done as soon as possible and just get it done before the year is out. " I was so happy he said that and immediately got on my cell and called the office to ask if they would check into what dates might be available before the year end instead of the beginning of the year. Plus the sooner I get it done, the sooner I will be back to work before the big gas bills start hitting home. Anyway things are looking great from my end here.
