Have you tried egg drop soup? I know you are sick of runny eggs probably(oh boy do I know the feeling I am going on what 10 months of this ****), but at least egg drop soup is like semi-normal food you know? Good luck!

Hi Enzo i am starting to feel the same way as you. I am going on 2 weeks tomorrow. I am eating as i am typing right now. I made some bonless chicken breasts in the oven today with my own sauce that i made and baked it for about one hour. I then took the chicken breast and some of my sauce and pureed it. I added a small bit of ricotta and a touch of romano and it is GREAT. I made one chicken breast and it looks like it will last me a few days. Hope that helps.
Well today my wife and I went to the supermarket and bought refried beans, chili, all kinds of soups, fat free riccotta and some other healthy choices that you guys have reccomended.
THANKS SOOO MUCH EVERYONE!!
Tommorow is day 20 I have 10 more days to go before my next stage, thanks to you all it shouldn't be a big deal.
Hi Enzo,
Hope you're getting a little more variety now. I remember those days. My surgeon recommended almost any kind of cream soup, even cream of chicken or mushroom - she said that the little bits of chicken or mushroom were so small that they wouldn't cause any problems. They didn't. I also tried baking a sweet potato (in the microwave) - it's got alot of protein and can be mashed like regular potatoes. This stage will be over soon and then the real fun begins.
Take care.
