Good Morning B- half of a bagel with bread scooped out and light cream cheese S- 2 celery sticks with low fat laughing cow cheese L- 4 oz. grilled chicken breast and 1/4 cup of rice S- 1 string cheese D- 5 pcs. of sushi with low sodium soy sauce S- no sugar added hot chocolate s/f whipped cream I hope everyone has a great day. well I didn't do to well yesterday....but here it is anyway Protien drink B-western and cheese omelette with 3 french fries L-bacon cheese burger with fried onions and that's all I had but it was not the best choice to have Have a great day hun Christine

B 3oz Tuna on a Rice Cake S 1 medium Green Apple L 2 crustless Quiches (TOO MUCH) S 1 large Cucumber D 3oz Chicken w/ spinach tomatoes mushrooms and melted mozzerlla cheese (YUMMY) S Cheese Popcorn Wasn't the worsed day I have ever had, but not the best. hiya Cindee...... I am leaving long island tomorrow morning and coming up to your neck of the woods to spend the weekend with my daughter for her 21st birthday...(she is in the nursing program at SUNY Brockport). I like it up there...if I could get a job as good as I have here making as much money I would sell my house and move up there in a heartbeat! I will be flying in and out of the Rochester Airport...my youngest is flying in from DC and luckily I've coorinated the flight times within a few minutes of each other...it will be great to be with my girls again! just thought I would share with you! hugsssssssss...Linda
