HELP FIND PSYCHIATRIST

MY INS CO REQUIRES A PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION. ANY ONE KNOW OF SOMEONE IN EASTERN LONG ISLAND AREA.

I know of a psychiatrist, Marc Reitman, who has offices in Port Washington and Huntington. The Huntington number is (631) 427-1597. He is a very sweet understanding man. He cleared me for my surgery as well. Good luck! Tavia

the psychiatrist I used was in Bohemia (right off Vets Highway) I do believe they take all insurance... 631-567-7760 Institute for Rational Counselling (or something like that) there is a $100 charge for the "behavior analysis" test .. but that's the only out of pocket expense I had hope it's helpful Linda

wow...I just had mine done in August... but to be honest...when I first called...they told me that they didn't do it either...I called back and explained it in detail and the girl told me to hold on...came back and said she was sorry..they do do it... ask them to put you thru to Dr. Joseph Stassi (sp) he did mine and was very very nice!

I had mine done at the psychiatric center at St. CHARLES hospitol...dont know if that helps ...its port jeffereson might want to give them a ring. Usually surgeons give names of people that offer the evaluation required if all else fails ask your surgeon. GOOD LUCK
