Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese, peaches
S- String Cheese, 4 oz carb yogurt
L- 3 oz shrimp, cucs
S- 6 oz Stallone Pudding
D- Some Roast Pork Lo mein
S- 1/2 cup light popcorn

hiya Deb...
I went to my surgeon's support meeting last night and the nutritionist was there...(I have to say that I am not a big fan of hers but she was there )
I talked to the doctor and he basically told me that I need to change my food routine and I should start dropping some pounds...so today is a completely new day for me..
yesterday was the last day of this eating pattern:
B - protein shake
L - Light & Fit yogurt smoothie
SF apple sauce w/ cinnamon
S - protein shake
D - 2 oz chicken breast
3 spoonfuls of mashed potatoes
new day starts today...we'll see if it works! wish me luck
