Hello All Ok what I had yesterday: B- 3 oz cottage cheese, peaches S- String Cheese, 4 oz carb yogurt L- 3 oz shrimp, cucs S- 6 oz Stallone Pudding D- Some Roast Pork Lo mein S- 1/2 cup light popcorn Ok that is about it, have a great day! Debra P 285/193/125??

Good morning. I'm back after several days of training. Here's what I ate. B - Protein bar L - Salad w/cheese and egg, ranch dressing S - ff pretzel sticks D - Leftover Chinese - roast pork, chicken, broccoli I gained 1 lb this week so I'm trying to be really good. Have a great day. Cindee 310/235/?

hiya Deb... I went to my surgeon's support meeting last night and the nutritionist was there...(I have to say that I am not a big fan of hers but she was there ) I talked to the doctor and he basically told me that I need to change my food routine and I should start dropping some pounds...so today is a completely new day for me.. yesterday was the last day of this eating pattern: B - protein shake L - Light & Fit yogurt smoothie SF apple sauce w/ cinnamon S - protein shake D - 2 oz chicken breast 3 spoonfuls of mashed potatoes new day starts today...we'll see if it works! wish me luck hugssssssssssssss........Linda
