Hello All ~Hugs~
Ok this morning is kind of rough, I guess I am either stressed out with this house rearching thing or I eat to many carbs yesterday but wow I am still home this morning and on the potty again so many times, even once. It almost feels like a slight bit of dumping and I guess the over carb Sunday could be to blame huh? Well I am hoping to be able to leave for work here very soon, I don't want to be to late...
Well this is what I had yesterday:
B- 4 oz Carb Control Yogurt
S- 1 oz Cheese-Its
L- 3 oz Steak with mixed grilled veggies
S- 6 oz Stallone Pudding
D- Home made turkey chili, about 1/2 cup with 3 thin slices of italian bread I can not believe I could eat all that.
S- 1/2 cup popcorn
So many carbs so back on track today. I have to cut back before I start to crave more of them again. Well take care all and have a great day! ~hugs~

s-3oz of banana cream stallone pudding and 1 s/f ice pop
L-2oz of cream of chicken soup blended good
s-3oz of banana cream stallone pudding
D-2oz of cream of chicken soup
s-2 sugar free ice pops
Got in 9oz of water, not enough but i am trying and took all my vitamins!
Also took the kiddies out to the park to get some walking in.

Yes we did but now it is the waiting game to get all the money into the same account so we can go for a pre-approval.

I think I am actually glad that today is Monday
what a horrible horrible weekend for me food wise...I didn't eat too much, I ate way too little and didn't drink even 1/2 my water or get in much protein...I am just so much better during weekdays...I seem to be able to focus better and keep myself in line...sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
B - herbal tea
S - 1/2 cup cream of wheat hot cereal w/ splenda & cinnamon
L - nothing
S - nothing
D - cheese quesadilla - 3 wedges w/ 1 tbls guacamole
S - protein shake (b4 bed)
I was so focused on fall house cleaning this weekend that I didn't even think about food or water or protein or even my vitamins...
but if it's any consolation...my bedroom closet is completely cleaned out and ready to be painted tonight...my dresser is cleaned out and my bathroom is spotless!
oh and according to the scale this morning...I've gained 2 pounds...grrrrrrr
all in all...it was just not so great a weekend!

Hi. I'm alittle late today but is my 1st day back after being in a class last week and I'm swamped. I certainly missed being on this board and am glad to be back. Unfortunately, tomorrow I'll be in a all-day class in Syracuse.
Didn't eat too good yesterday either - spent the day casinoing - Erie Slots in Canada and then Seneca Niagara on the USA side of Niagara Falls - lost, lost, lost - but we all had fun.
Anyway -
B - Egg and cheese omelet, 1/2 slice wheat toast
L - Protein bar
D - Roast pork, steamed veggies, 2 bites of mashed potatoes
S - Protein bar
Back on track today (hopefully)

I have been on a regular diet now for a few days and am so much happier. I found a lunch item: I took a high protein, low-fat whole wheat roll-up with sliced chicken breast, low fat cheese, lettuce, and fat-free mayo. I rolled it all up and cut it into 3 sections. For lunch I was able to eat a little more than half and it (one of the 3 sections) had almost 10 grams of protein. I also had about 4 soy crispts, which are also high in protein. YUMMY!
B: carb control yogurt
L: roll-up & soy crisps
S: protein shake
D: going to Applebees so I am probably going to get the soup/salad combo...they put egg & cheese on their salads, so more protein there. I will also go for a fat-free dressing or just some vinegar.
all my vitamins and my water.

Well queit Sunday,spend most of the with my dog and watching TV.Just got in from work.

And lots of lots of water
