Well as some of you might know I have been studying to be a chef. I'm only in the early stages of school, but I've been cooking for years. My wife gave me a great idea this morning while I was cooking dinner for her to take to work. She said I should post, what I like to call "Bypass recipe" every late morning for you guys can try it out. The daily recipes and many more will soon to be posted to my web site, which you can get to by clicking the www below. I hope you all will enjoy! If you have any requests you can e-mail me with them. I'm working on making out eating experience the best it could be! Love all Howard Rubin

Howard, Your wife has a great idea there ! You need to thank her for us ! I am pre-op but will find this a wonderful way of enjoying new things both before and after surgery ! We all need to break out of the eating rut that we get in. You know what I mean. When no food sounds good or looks good for the eating ! Then it is time to change it up a bit . I will be looking forward to your "Bypass Recipe" Thanks , Take Care.... and Carol

Dear Howard, Just let me congratulate you first on your accomplishments -- I just checked out your website and saw your before/after photos -- it's amazing. Anyway -- I had just posted a few days ago on where I could find recipes -- I'm almost 2 weeks out from surgery -- and am very bored with my food choices this stage and looking forward to trying new recipes that will be good choices for me and that I can incorporate and also serve my family (so I don't have to cook 2 meals). Thanks again I look forward to seeing the recipes and good luck to you. Debbie
