Don't understand what is going with...
Good Afternoon AMOS Family,
I know i have been gone for quite some time. I am going here.
My weight keeps going up and down, up and down. I am so stressed out.
I haven't even gone to my one year check-up, I am afraid of what my surgeon will say, i have failed, I am so mad at myself. I just don't know what to do anymore.
Thanks for listening.

2 things. One it might because your working out to much, u have to give your body time to get rid of tha****er weight(AkA take a day or 2 off) that forms when you work out. and 2 Look at yourself in the mirror, if you look as good as that Picture on your profile just say to youself "GOD DAM I'M FINE" and keep on walking. Don't stress out about a couple of pounds here and there its normal MY Gf had WLS done 4 years ago and she lot about 250 but has put on 15 in the last year, just role with it and keep likeing at that sweet body of yours
Hi Mery,
Sorry to hear that your still stressed out about your weight. I dont' know if you followed anything I said in that e-mail i sent you but those things should have helped if you did follow them. As far as your weight goign up and down what do you mean by that becasue that is quite normal my goes up and down between 5lbs all the time. I know you said you didn't go for your year check up but you probally should maybe the Dr. will have some insight. I don't think you should feel like you failed either way you are a lot healthier and thinner then before you had surgery. Try to keep a positive attidude and go to your surgeon, let us know what happens.

Hi Liz
Well this is what i have been eating lately.
Cottage Cheese
Yogurt
Protein Shake
Salads with chicken, or ground beef or a slice of steak
Vegetables
Swiss Cheese with turkey
That's about it, and I have not been doing that great with water.
I am going to make my appt to see my doctor this month.
Let's see what happens.
Mery
Mery,
Don't worry, that is part of the battle. Howver, you did not say what you were eating and what is your exercise routine. Maybe you have plateaued. Work with the nutritionist and maybe see someone professional to understand what is going on. A lot of times, we lose the weight and think that we have it made. It took us 20 or so more years to get where we are, so don't fret. Check your food intake and talk with a support group. Drink a lot of water. The same thing happend to me and then all of a sudden, I started to drop but it was 5 months and I had gained 5 pounds up and down. Get the help that you need for this second chance.
Luck
