Hi Deb, I am a lil late posting but ...Hey I am here ! Right? Well here is what I had yesterday and I must say it ain't pretty ! B- pancakes w/syrup 3 -sausages L- toss salad ( fairly large) itailian dressing S- 2 Lil Debbies brownies D- meatloaf mashed potatoes green beans fruit ****tail S- ice cream As I said ....Not pretty ! How do I feel about it ? LOUSY ! Let us know about what your Doc say's about your bloodwork! Don't forget to put them cheese doodles in your truck tomarrow ! and Carol
