Dr. Forbes?? I cant seem to find any information on him at all.. If anybody could help it would be great.. Is there anyway i can find out who takes my ins. Univera??? thanks again liz

http://www.op.nysed.gov/opsearches.htm - this website will give you the license number. That's a good place to start. I think you would have to ask the doctors if they take your insurance. I remember when I had Aetna I called around and many doctors would not consider taking on a patient with Aetna. It'**** and miss sometimes.
