Where Can You Find Good WLS Recipes
Hi all,
I know I'm only 1 week out from surgery -- but bored with my food already so already thinking ahead to when I'll be able to eat again. Does anyone know where to find WLS Recipes on-line. I do know and have read Susan Maria Leach's WLS Journey book when I began my research, and will take out again from library to copy some of her recipes. But thought if I could find some on-line that would be easier. Let me know.
Thanks and hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing pretty good -- today was my best day so far -- but starting to fall asleep now. Doing my walking/drinking.
Take care,
Debbie
