support group!!!

I am looking for a support group in Nassau County,N.Y.I had my surgery in N.Y.C. at Lenox Hill Hospital but can't travel back and forth.Your help would be great!!!!Thank you.

Kenneth, I believe there is a support group out of South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside. There may be one at Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre. Sandra

I see from this link there are support group meetings in Rockville Center. http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/state-events-NY.html There are also a few in Suffolk (Huntington, West Islip, and another group that meets further east in Mastic. I have the info if you are interested in any of these. They may be a bit of a distance for you. There is a support group in Syosset also, but it may be more for Lapbanders.
