Is it just me or........
Hi all.....
Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with yogurt???? I brought a plain non-fat vanilla yogurt to work with me the other day and ate it, felt fine. About 45 mins later I was shaking, felt really weak and got sweaty and clammy.....What's up with that? It had some sugar in it but not alot, I know I have ate other things with more sugar in it and felt fine. Anyone have any ideas???
Thanks!!!
Karry

Karry,
Hello hun ~hugs~ I hope all goes well on your Dr's appt today.
I know I can not eat regular yogurt because it has so much sugars in it so I stick with the Carb Control yogurts. Maybe it is just something with the sugar even though you can stand more grams in something else. Give them a try hun and see if you get the same result.
Take care and let us know how it goes today. ~Hugs~

I stay away from the yogurt with sugars in it.... Some of the non-fat yogurts have sugar as high as 27 grams!
The Dannon light and fit has 12 gramps of sugar and is non fat; The light fit and creamy has 10 grams.
Maybe those are better options. Or go with non fat plain and add fruit or sugarless jam.
Good luck on your check up tomorrow!

Non-fat does not mean NON sugar, girlfriend. I read labels on EVERYTHING, including yogurt. The Dannon Carb Control is sooooooooo yummy I have served it for dessert. Ity is low in calories and fairly low in sugars. You can get it with added fiber as well.
Sugar can be disguised on labels in the form of sugar alcohols, malitol, sucrose - Tooter has a list of the *hidden* sugar names.
Good luck and God bless!
